Manchester's
is a family orientated regiment so we make sure the kids enjoy themselves
as much as possible.
The kids are encouraged to join in and this could be as simple as wearing
kit right upto active roles such as drummers or water carriers.
As
we are a regiment with quite a few children we often gather around in the
evenings after a battle and enjoy a laugh and a chat,
this allows parents and kids to enjoy the social side without having to take
the children to the beer tent or pub.
This might suit parents with younger children and toddlers.
